HISTORY AND FAMILY TRADITION
We are a family ice cream shop located in Playa de Palma, open since 2016, but our ice cream tradition dates back to 1990. Since then, we have focused all our efforts on perfecting the art of making ice cream, creating our own recipes and always looking for the maximum quality and the authentic flavor.
The name of Gelats d'Autor Capritxo reflects our way of understanding this profession: a mix of dedication, creativity, and that touch of whim that makes us always want to try new things and surprise our clients.
DAILY PREPARATION AND QUALITY INGREDIENTS
At Gelats d’Autor Capritxo we make our own ice creams everyday in our workshop, using carefully selected raw materials. We firmly believe that the quality of the final product depends largely on the ingredients we use, which is why We do not use preservatives or colorants artificial and we always look for products with designation of origin when possible.
We have more than 30 different flavors, including creams and sorbets, and each season we introduce new ones to offer you surprising options without sacrificing the classics.

Our main objective is to offer ice creams that are a pleasure for the senses, taking care of every detail of the manufacturing process. That's why:
- We cover the ice creams and keep them in sealed display cases to ensure their freshness and quality.
- We serve with a spatula to avoid cross-contamination and maintain the creamy texture without the formation of ice crystals.
- We reduce energy consumption by using efficient refrigeration systems and minimizing cold loss.
- We place great importance on food hygiene and safety, especially for those customers who may have allergies or intolerances.
